Here in Williamsport, PA I have several nodes on Allstar.  I have them all set up to give a courtesy beep depending on which one is coming through for instance.
444.900 is U n morse code29.660 is T in morse code for ten meters6 meters is S in morse code for 6 meters.
444.900, 29.560 (10m rx) and 52.490 are all on one pi 3b at one site.
29.660 is at a different tower site on another pi 3b but also has a DMR brdge setup on 1999.

node 513963 I use as a HUB which is located at my house that is used for incoming connections for Allstar and Echolink, All nodes that I have are also linked to this node.  Where the 3 nodes are for some reason I can't get incoming connections at even with having the ports setup in the router.  At the 29.66 site they work and at my house they work.  We use a WISP who a local ham owns and all three locations have internet through him.

If I listen to 29.660 I can have a custom courtesy beep for 1999 which I have as D in morse code for DMR but it doesnt pass through to the others I have linked together.  I have 1999 set in the couresty beep profile section to give a D in morse code.  I am guessing it is because 1999 is not directly connected to 513960 which is the 440 repeater so it can't tell it comes from the pivate node, instead the 29.660 side gives off T for 10 because that side is conencted directly to.  I know this all gets confusing as there are multiple nodes.
