[arm-allstar] use # instead of *

Now that our node is recognizing dtmf keys, I need to configure it to use
the pound sign as the 'start' key instead of the asterisk. This is because
our repeater controller uses the pound sign for control.

Is it this (in rpt.conf) ?
;funcchar = *

I'd like to test this with the ID'er. I see several places where the
callsign is set...do I use this one?
    ; Main ID CW
;idtalkover=|iDE K7LWH/L

I just want to be sure before I start removing semi-colons.

Yeah, I know this is going to cause some confusion, can't be helped.
