[arm-allstar] dtmf audio level

Larry,

Those instructions are ONLY for the usbradio driver, not simpleusb.  Most 
HamVoIP users run simpleusb, which offers significantly improved audio 
performance.

Note that the HamVoIP version of simpleusb is radically different from the 
older, stock version.
