[arm-allstar] ARRL audio news url issue

I wrote the playnews script. The current URL for the playnews.ini file is -

ARRL_URL="http://www.arrl.org/files/file/News/Audio%20News/AAN-$(date
--date="last friday" +%Y-%m-%d).mp3"

This becomes valid at midnight Fridays. Has worked fine here.
