Seems that the blubrry site has issues with publishing the wrong file name
periodically. That results in the access denied message. I've seen this a
few times since I started the EchoLink *ARRLNEWS* / IRLP 0099 feed
<https://arrlnews.rfnet.link/>.
However, blubrry has not published the audio from last week (7/29) so far.

I used this file last week too. It may be time to update scripts to use
this as a backup, if not primary source.

Probably time to send a query to audionews at arrl.org too. With the recent
ARRLNEWS staff changes they may still be coming up to speed.
