[arm-allstar] ARRL audio news url issue

In the last 2 weeks my node quit playing arrl audio news.

finally got around to checking it today and it says access denied on the
content.blubrry site example:
https://content.blubrry.com/arrlaudionews/AAN-2022-07-29.mp3

I manually changed my ini to this address and it seems to work again.
https://www.arrl.org/files/file/News/Audio%20News/AAN-

not sure if this was the best address to use so if anyone has suggestions
let me know.
