[arm-allstar] Supermon Could not login to asterisk manager

I didn't see any replies so I thought I would.
Just to see if we are both on the same page below is what works for me.

cd /etc/asterisk Edit the manager.conf file
cd /srv/http/supermon Edit the allmon.ini file
cd /srv/http/supermon
Recommend removing any existing .htpasswd file -
rm .htpasswd
Add an htpasswd file
htpasswd -cB .htpasswd root

Let me know if this works or we need to do more.
