[arm-allstar] echolink node number callsign lookup

I'm working on a bash script to lookup echolink callsigns based on the node
number that connects.

I attempted this to generate a file to lookup from:
asterisk -rx "echolink dbdump" > /tmp/el_db.txt

This is fine for the most part but sometime with phone user connections
that aren't "always" logged in they aren't i the DB or could be after being
logged in 5~10 mins but they could go away again if they log out let's say
an hour or so.

Is there a better way to do this? It seems like allmon/supermon can get
this more reliably.
