[arm-allstar] AST Log Echolink errors

Why all the errors? There are 3 servers listed in the conf file
server1.echolink.org also 3 and 4 at any given time all 3 fail in the log.
The debian version of Allstar has 2  of the 3 servers listed differently I
think nasouth and naeast along with server3.echolink.
