[arm-allstar] running multiple nodes on a pi

I have three radios plus DVSwitch and a couple of private nodes connected to a Raspberry Pi 3 model B, not even a B Plus, and they all work fine. Of course, these don’t have many simultaneous connections, as they are just my personal nodes. It used to be, still may be, that you couldn’t run more than one sound fob on a Pi4 with HamVoIP.
