[arm-allstar] HamVoIP's "TheLinkBox" module

At some point, there was talk of getting TLB in HamVoIP working again. 
Has this now happened? Just asking before I go through all the trouble 
of configuring stuff.

I am interested in linking to my echolink conference using tbd through 
TLB instead of using my -r link, which I want to repurpose for something 
else. I never quite got it working, even with ASL, but I think this was 
mostly a problem of me not quite understanding how to write out the 
configs for TBD and TLB. Instructions are kind of vague in the few 
places I found them.
