[arm-allstar] ham voip on a Kenwood TKR850 repeater, hoping someone can help

I have several repeaters attached. Most of them are still running USB radio but I did convert one to simple USB and there’s one thing you must do to prevent the Kenwood from locking up. You need to incorporate a 60 second delay before Allstar starts up because the COS line creates a PPT condition when the repeater boots up after a power failure. If the PTT talk line is held down on power up, the repeater doesn’t come up. It probably goes into some sort of test mode or something.
Send me an email directly if you need some guidance regarding this and I’ll look it up in my rpt.conf file.
