[arm-allstar] New node- can't RX incoming calls

I'm pretty familiar with Allstar. I just built a second node for a friend in Florida. The first node works well.  On the second node, I can't get incoming calls. It is registered. I set up port forwarding remotely for port 4568,  supermon, and SSH. I can see supermon and, and can SSH into the box.  I checked the password in the portal and in the iax file. They are the same.  It acts like there is no port forwarding. Are there any other files I should look at, or  Is there a way to identify if the router is not properly forwarding the port? Log files? port scan software?  The node in question is 55486. Thanks, Rich WA2ZPX
