[arm-allstar] cert error tonight with ARN using playnews-0.11

Hey everyone.

I installed and starting using playnews-0.11 about 3 or 4 weeks ago and
it's been flawless until tonight.

I added that --no-check-certificate to lines 179 and 182 like so, and it
appears to work now:
