[arm-allstar] Repair Hamvoip FS

I've ran into the no internet but able to get an IP address and thus see
supermon/access the node before.  For some reason, when the Wired Lan was
NOT set to DHCP, it would still get a wi-fi connection but not be able to
access the outside world, couldn't ping google.com, register with the
Allstar Link or HamVOIP servers etc.  I turned on DHCP for Wired Lan,
rebooted, connected to my hotspot, and everything worked fine.  YMMV
though.
