[arm-allstar] problem with telemetry via localplay or playback when node is keyed

The Pseudo channel (aka: chan_dahdi) driver has remained to be a trouble
spot, since it was written for Asterisk telephony use, not customized for
AllStar, like the other AllStar-specific channel drivers (e.g.:
chan_simpleusb), for which most of the COP commands directly apply.

This channel driver is in the process of a rewrite, producing an version 
which is customized to the needs of AllStar, not telephony.  It has 
already been partly rewritten, those updates are in the pre-release code.

I number of complex enhancements are in the works; just not enough "hobby 
hours" in the day!
