[arm-allstar] Radioless hub telemetry

To my knowledge, nothing you can change on an ASL pseudo node will stop
voiced telemetry from being sent out to nodes, including repeaters,
connected to the hub. That's up to the individual nodes. HamVoIP as a
dahdi/pseudo hub has this ability, at least in pre-release code. Here's
hoping for that x86 release so we can one day run HamVoIP on VPSs.
The only thing you can really do if using ASL as a hub is suppress
telemetry on the connected repeaters and nodes themselves.
telemdefault=0 on the repeater side, not the hub, should suppress that
nicely. telemdefault=2 is a reasonable choice for a repeater in most
cases, since you get telemetry for a couple of minutes after issuing a
command from the node-side, then it goes silent, unless someone issues
one of the status commands, ilink 5 or ilink 15, which can get really
annoying really fast. I've seen this on networks with over 100 nodes
connected.
You could try connecting your repeater(s) to the hub through USRP
instead of IAX, which won't pass telemetry, using something like
Analog_Reflector from DVSwitch, but that has it's own set of complications.

As AllStar's popularity has grown in the club, the number of nodes has exploded and it's hugely annoying to the repeater users hearing connect / disconnect messages constantly.
