[arm-allstar] USB radio - no repeat audio

I was a computer field engineer for 25 years and then 10 years supporting
county communications and it's just a habit to use the detailed setup
procedure.
I wrote a setup procedure for doing the audio setup, works good for when
you don't have a service monitor. If it ain't broke don't fix it, but if
you want to be extra critical in adjustments then take the long road. If
you would like I can email a bunch of documents so you can play too.
