[arm-allstar] USB radio - no repeat audio

Great!! I was burnt by that, as nice and easy as is the rpt reload is, I
had to do a restart to fix a problem.
Glad it worked out for you. What's the first thing remote support says when
you call them, did you try a power clear?
And there goes all the log files I needed, oh well been there too.
