[arm-allstar] USB radio - no repeat audio

Hey Dave I appreciate it I’ll take a look at it little bit later today. But I think that if that was that wrong nothing would work correct? Just as further info, if I turn on parrot mode I hear myself come back so audio transmissions and reception is fine it just doesn’t work on repeat audio. It is almost acting like it’s running in duplex=3 mode.
