Scott,
The data that will come closest to what you're wanting is the archive
logfile, which includes a serialized stream of events from your node.
This (event driven) log shows when a nodes keys, unkeys, etc. Additional
scripting is required to convert this raw data into a format more useful.
There is also a nifty new feature in the pre-release code that allows
these event streams (from several nodes on a single RPi) to be
consolidated, making scripting much easier. This new mode is used for
webpages like the ECR hub monitor page, etc.:

I've been working on documentation for the upcoming release, but I've not
