[arm-allstar] Changed Node ID and now not able to connect from local private node

I am stumped, Probably something so simple.

I changed my first node to 1002 from 1000 on a private network in the
rpt.conf file.  I restarted asterisk and still when connecting from 1001 on
the same network it shows rejected in 1001 log and in 1002 log it shows:

 Rejected connect attempt from 192.168.20.250, request '1002 at radio-secure'
does not exist

When asterisk is restarted it shows 1002 as the node number and all.  I did
update all private node addresses in all nodes as well.  I also changed
every place that 1000 was to 1002 in the rpt.conf file.

What am I missing?
