[arm-allstar] Let's Encrypt related certificate errors

That's awesome work!  I didn't want to do a full upgrade as it usually
breaks my supermon customization so I just ran "pacman -S
hamvoip-ca-update" and i updated just the certificate package itself from
your repository. Much appreciated David!  Thank you!
