[arm-allstar] Getting Node not found and also not matching IP addresses

I'm sure when you verify that your node registration information in the
repeater raspberry node that you are trying to connect to is verified
with David McGough and the internet is available at the repeater node and
the router supplying the repeater node has the iax.conf port open,
it will be a two way street in and out of the repeater node for
connections. Right now the repeater node is not registering with allstar,
that has to be done outward from the repeater node, which looks like you
don't have internet at the repeater node,
once registered then anyone on the repeater can make an outward connection
to another node.
Anyone wanting to connect into the repeater node has to be registered and
the internet router supplying the repeater node
has to have the iax.conf port open so inward connections can be made.
Echolink is a different port forwarding, let's walk before we run.
Just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page, once the repeater
end is fixed then all you need is the Public IP address
of the repeater node which you can find easily using a registered node and
logging into it's supermon and putting in k3do and click on lookup
or put in the node 425790 and if it is registered you will see the IP it
registered from. Then if you need to you can enter the repeater public IP
into your node you have with you. Or maybe your node you have with you
connects out to allstar like the rest of our nodes do and let
the allstar server point you to the registered public IP.
