[arm-allstar] Getting Node not found and also not matching IP addresses

A lookup for K3DO at https://www.allstarlink.org/nodelist/ shows that
node 425790 was last seen on 25 October 2021.  Also the far left column
is not green which I understand means that the AllStar servers are not
receiving any communication from the node.

K3DO, can you connect to other nodes with the SHARI?
