[arm-allstar] Bluetooth ? and WiFi?

The bluetooth overlay has been disabled on HamVoIP images. I expect this
was done for a good reason, and I've never had a reason to try enabling
it. Plus, the Bluetooth pairing process in Linux command line is kind of
ridiculous. I've done it for other projects.
I control my portable node with the Node Remote app, or Supermon on a
mobile browser from iOS. Node Remote is also available on Android. The
app hasn't been updated in quite a while, and I wish it had some
additional functionality, but I like it for quickly jumping to nodes and
changing settings on the fly. It's faster for the basics than Supermon,
at least for me.
