[arm-allstar] Bluetooth ? and WiFi?

I would like to make a unused allstar node I have (47428).. Make it 
mobile unit..

How do you set up the allstar to use the Bluetooth to control the 
allstar node via a cellphone as the control .. I am thinking that if i 
use a WiFi at the RV park for the connection to what ever node # etc. 
and then use the Bluetooth to control it it via the cell phones 
Bluetooth, it should be able work? Basically separate situations.. Any 
direction would be appreciated..
