[arm-allstar] Won't Boot - tried all the usual stuff

Wrapping this up for future searches. The RPi2-3-4_V1.6-14_Allstar.img
boots up in a higher resolution and doesn't try to autodetect what it is
attached to. I think its trying for 1920x1080 which would be fine for a
modern TV, I just didn't have any to test with until I tried an extra-old
monitor that said "resolution out of range" and that got me to thinking...
So try at least a 1920x1080 screen and if that doesn't work, try a bigger
screen!
I'm up and running now with no changes to the pi or the image - just a more
expensive screen.
