Can anyone explain how/when RPT_NUMLINKS gets calculated? I'm guessing each node reports it's number of direct connections and that somehow is disseminated throughout the connection bubble and every node calculates RPT_NUMLINKS. Is the calculation at all tied to RPT_RX/TX events? ....meaning the RPT_NUMLINKS can stay stagnant until an event?
