[arm-allstar] Adding a Fan to a Motorola Node Radio?

Hello Chris,

Take a look at "Arctic F8 TC". These are temp controlled, variable 
speed, and super quiet. I use two on my rigs. You just need to put the 
thermistor  on the heat sink, and provide 12 Vdc.
