[arm-allstar] Support for new channel/device

I have a Pi HAT sound card with radio control and am wondering how to go about getting it supported in the hamvoip allstar build. The device typically operates under alsa and is fully supported by the Raspberry Pi OS, but it appears that hamvoip currently only supports cm108B or CM119B soundcard-based devices on a usb connection.

Any assistance in this area would be appreciated.

Additionally, if anyone has information regarding building an equivalent of the RTCM as it is no longer available, that would also be appreciated.
