[arm-allstar] Is anyone still using chan_usbradio?

Patrick,

chan_usbradio works with HamVoIP and always has, the limitation is that it
has poorer audio performance than chan_simpleusb, particularly on slower
hardware, like the RPi2 or RPi3 boards.

With an RPi4, chan_usbradio performance is much better, however still
poorer than chan_simpleusb, which I've carefully optimized for the best
audio performance that's reasonable practical.

As for the Kenwood TH-F6A, are you sure it has flat audio output?? 1200
baud MODEMs typically are not setup for flat audio. 9600 baud MODEM
support does expect flat audio and if a radio has a mode for use with
faster MODEMS (e.g.: 9600 baud), you'll have a better chance of success.
