[arm-allstar] IRLP

Hi All

I'm currently converting my RF based linked repeater system with 
Mesh/Allstar. I'm getting that part figured out but as my QTH (see 
attached diagram) is the source of IRLP/Echolink access for my 2 
repeater sites, it was suggested to me to install Allstar on the same 
Pi3 as my current IRLP node.

It was also mentioned that at one time, the HamVoip image included 
IRLP so I may not have to re-install IRLP once the Allstar image is 
burned. Is this still the case and, if so, will the IRLP installation 
update "normally"?

Alternately, I can install Allstar from the repository (and am very 
well versed in Linux, especially Debian/Raspian).
