Hi Rich,

Typically, neither NoIP nor any other dynamic DNS server is really needed.

If your node registers with ASL or HamVoIP, dynamic DNS service is 
automatically provided by HamVoIP (and others). Once your node is 
registering, your IP can be found at this URL:

<node number>.ip.hamvoip.org


So, for example, if my node number is 23456, the URL would be:

23456.ip.hamvoip.org


Note that if your IP address dynamically changes, once your node 
registration updates, this DNS info will updated within about 1 minute or 
less.
