[arm-allstar] RXAUDIODELAY setting

I was just trying to let David know there was an error in the message that
option N gives. It states you can enter a value of 1-26. It will only
accept a value of 1-25. I was just trying different values it see if I
could eliminate the squelch tail on a Motorola MTR2000. I have my setting
at 5 but even at higher values I could not completely eliminate the squelch
tail.
