[arm-allstar] Motorola as Node Radio

I would suggest a Motorola PM400. They use windows software and have the
same 16 pin connector as a GM300/maxtrac and relatively inexpensive.
Another good option is the Shari board that interfaces directly with the Pi
if it's just for around the house use.
