[arm-allstar] No SSH new install hamvoip

Hi Allen,

I don't know what is happening. My guess is you're either trying to 
connect to the wrong IP address or wrong SSH port.

With a new install, I guess you're trying to login with a username of root
and password of root ??

This is with new install. Control panel ok with hdmi monitor. But try to 
shell in always get error. Address pings ok. Tried enet and wifi both and 
2 different Rpi 3+. Have download and re-flashed 3 times now same error. 
I have tried 2 computer and a cell phone. No it’s not the SD card 
either. Used default port 222 also changed it with same result. I also 
have cleared the keys in .ssh known_hosts on computer.

What am I missing?
