The context=radio-internal means to use the [radio-internal] stanza in the 
/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf file....That just happens to be the way I've 
got my system setup. In my case, [radio-secure] has extra filter code that 
isn't needed for incoming echolink connections.  And, *NOTE* the 
extensions.conf context is only for incoming connections, not outgoing.
