[arm-allstar] Echolink Is not Working

>From your asterisk info, below, it looks like echolink is loading properly 
and running.  From that asterisk CLI, try:

If you get the list properly, my guess is that your echolink UDP ports 
5198 and 5199 are not properly forwarded through your Internet router, or 
are getting blocked by a firewall rule, etc.

....And, you should see a listing of all the echolink nodes in the 
database.
