[arm-allstar] Hamvoip x86?

Hi Shane,

The x86 release is not yet released for beta test.  I'll make an 
announcement when it's ready for testing.

I will mention that a single RPi4B will comfortably and reliably handle 
100 directly connected nodes, several large hubs are currently running 
this solution and it's available now.
