[arm-allstar] No TX on additional USB node

Hi Michael,

I noticed that your simpleusb_tune_usb1.conf file (below) has a [usb] 
stanza and the simpleusb_tune_usb.conf file has a [usb1] stanza??  Is this 
a typo??  Also, what is the contents of your simpleusb.conf file?
