[arm-allstar] tracking talk time from individual nodes

Hi Patrick,

There is no asterisk related logfile where key/unkey times are currently 
kept.  However, you could extract this data from the archivelogfile, which 
is available in all the recent HamVoIP beta / pre-release versions.

I'll experiment with some sample code and post it here.
