[arm-allstar] Shari problems -- rxondelay

Tim,

This is a ping-pong like event that is very common.

In the simpleusb-tune-menu software, select option 'M' (rxondelay) and 
adjust this parameter to a negative value. Try starting with something like 
-7  (or so)....If the ping-pong is stopped at this setting (the adjustment 
happens immediately), try adjust closer to 0  (so, maybe try -4), until 
the ping-pong shows back up.

Once you're happy with the setting, save and exit.
