[arm-allstar] Auto connect without an announcement ???

I use different ct's to determine who is calling from which nodes?  This is
my mobile setup which allows both a speaker & microphone on one node and a
portable on the other node used when I exit the car.  I don't have to take
my eyes  off the road to know who's calling.  Thanks.  Ron
