[arm-allstar] Announcements of IP & Connected to Node XXXXX

I'm running 2 mobile nodes on a Pi3B+.  When the Pi  is powered up, I have
announcements for the IP Address and auto connected to node XXXXXX.  Is
there any way to either comment out or mute these announcements as these
announcements never change?  Just a confirmation BEEP after these routines
are completed would be great.  Many thanks.  WA2WWK  Ron
