Hi everyone,

At a site where is now our local Club,  I want to put a repeater with a raspberry PI.
I want to use the local internet which is provided to us for free by the city 
and I have to check a box to have the internet, saying: "YES I accept"

is there a method to access this web page to authorize the WIFI internet of my rasberry PI 3
I am attaching you an image of what I must accept before having WIFI on my raspberry PI
