[arm-allstar] Inconsistent IP addresses - node doesn´t connect

Hi David,
    One more question… does it make sense that the public IP address changes very rapidly when using a mobile phone hotspot? I’m sorry if I’m asking dumb questions. I am trying to learn more about all of the networking side of things because I am not well educated in this area.
