[arm-allstar] time and date function

Hi all, 

Could someone please refresh my brain on advising me how to keey the void ID active but to turn of saying the actual time portion of the IDing?


I know I've probably seen where to make the mods but for some reason it's not hitting me in smack the face.

Not something one deals with most often so it's easy to forget when you hit 70 like I am...(sounded like a good excuse to use)
