[arm-allstar] rpt_event_process Error

I'm getting this error when I key up in the asterisk monitor.

I'm running a private node (node #1091) that will be connected to a
repeater system, but I'm testing it out at my house.  Currently it's half
duplex with no telemetry as it's going to be connected to a CAT1000
repeater controller and help link to another repeater through an internal
closed network.

Any reason why I'd be seeing this error below?
