[arm-allstar] Two Public Nodes on One RaspPi

I expanded my node 494850 and added a note 494851.  I'd like to run this
public node on the same hardware.

I haven't done a lot of AllStar administration lately because the node has
just run without any issues.

I'm assuming to add this node, all I would need to do is replace node 1999
stanza information with 494851 or just create a new stanza?  Just wondering
if there is an automated or script that would load all the info?  The new
node can communicate on the same port?
